Class G Cast Iron Trench Grates and Frames
Mascot Engineering’s Cast Iron Class G Grate and Frames are available in either standard lengths, or custom sizes can be arranged to suit the specific requirements of your project. Grates are fitted standard with lockdown points and frames are fitted with Mascot’s patented levelling system to ease installation.
G Class grating is suitable for the heavy duty needs of projects with very high wheel load requirements such as airports, defence and mining projects, or main roads. All load ratings are in accordance with AS3996.

Class G 900mm Range
The 900mm width is fixed, however the grating panels are in 300mm increments… this gives you the flexibility to have a 900×300, 900×600, 900sq, 900×1200 and continue along a trench run to suit you.
Each panel is fitted with lifting keyholes (for use with an Australian Standard lifting key) to allow authorised access as well as a boltdown facility.

Trench Grate Removal
Mascot Engineering’s Class G Trench Grates can be easily removed with standard lifting devices such as hooks aided by trolleys for heavier grates.
