Concrete Infill Covers are the most popular gastight access cover in Australia and remains the staple in the Mascot Engineering range.  Our first notable project in Sydney was NSW Parliament House… a project that was a turning point in Mascot’s supply of covers given the quantity of covers required coupled with the high profile nature of the project.  Since then, Mascot infill Covers have been relied upon for residential, commercial, industrial as well as civil and critical infrastructure projects around Australia.

Rectangular and square covers have carefully machined horizontal and vertical faces of the iron cover and frame components to produce a cover assembly that doesn’t rock when traffic passes over.  Designed with high performance ribbing for infilling with concrete or pavement material that is sealed once infilled, each product is designed in accordance with the standards and load tested to the requirements of AS3996 (AS3996:2019).

Available for all project types, Mascot Engineering concrete infill covers are stocked across Australia in Class B, Class D, Class E and Class G load ratings and can be assembled as two part, three part, trench run and multipart assemblies locally.  A decorative stainless steel or brass edge can also be added should aesthetics be vital to your project.
