In the heart of Sydney’s bustling CBD, parts of George Street has become a shared zone with the new Sydney Light Rail, light car traffic and pedestrians.  To ensure public safety, Sydney City Council lined the street with planters and concrete bollards manufactured by Mascot Engineering.

Concrete bollards not only help protect shopfronts and pedestrians, they provide public open spaces for people to come together and meet.  Ideal for council areas such as this project as well as to provide barriers surrounding outdoor dining and to prevent vehicle access to malls and parks.
