Space is an issue in Sydney’s inner suburbs – particularly space for gardens.
The photo above shows our GRC Planter Boxes installed in a small alcove in a terrace house in Sydney’s Inner West.
The Architect and Owner wanted to bring light into the narrow house, creating a void on the northern boundary adjacent to the open plan living area. The space allowed for a small garden and after researching all the options, they selected Mascot’s GRC Planters due to their strength and ease of installation. With access through only a bi-fold window, the Planters where carried through the house and passed through into place – drainage holes where installed (simply using a hammer onsite), and they were finished to match the surrounding brickwork.
