2 Parramatta Rd, Summer Hill, a historic building once used as a furniture factory has been acquired by Habilis to provide 20 service units as part of a care facility located in Sydney’s Inner West.

In fitting with the art deco design of the building, our Wavedrain channel system was chosen due to its sleek architectural aesthetic. The ductile iron grate provides an attractive finish to the drainage channel. Additionally, Mascot GRC Pits coupled with Cast Iron Grating were also used in the project.

Technodrain Wavedrain is a new product distributed by Mascot Engineering. Available as Class B, Wavedrain heelproof grating is perfect for pedestrian areas where design is an important element of the project.
