Every now and then a project comes along that challenges us… this commercial laundry in Melbourne’s outer suburbs was a challenge the team thoroughly enjoyed.

Working closely with our client’s designs, we manufactured five custom Cooling Pits with HDPE inlets and outlets.

Cooling Pits are installed in most laundry facilities across Australia and are designed to simply cool the water from the machines prior to being released into the connected sewer system.  Most cooling pits are paired with a basket trap (Mascot AD19) or similar to ensure all lint and any solids ae stopped.
