With demand for inner city sporting venues increasing, the City of Sydney has developed a small previously under-utilised parcel of land into a multi-purpose synthetic sports field.
Located next to The Crescent parklands in Annandale, the field has been built with the local Glebe Hockey Club in mind offering all weather training opportunities in an area easily accessed by public transport.
The park has been equipped with sports field lighting to extend the days use of the field which are connected using Mascot Engineering lightweight Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) electrical Cable Pits paired with concrete infill gastight access covers. Mascot Engineering products are relied upon regularly by City of Sydney projects and have been for over 80 years (possibly longer, we just don’t have the paperwork going back further than that), a relationship we’re proud of.
Our range of Access Covers are manufactured in accordance with AS3996:2019 and are available up to Class G loadings.
