Located on the fringe of Townsville, this retail and medical centre in West End has recently completed construction.

Our customer chose to install our GRC DriveDrain channel system complete with Class D (AS3996:2019) Ductile Iron Grate and Frame at the entrance driveway crossover.

The DD4 is the largest in the DriveDrain range, ideal for Townsville’s wet season and for commercial projects like this one with large concrete car parks and forecourts.

Manufactured from our unique lightweight concrete (Mascot GRC), the DriveDrain range is incredibly strong however can be installed by one person without relying on machinery.  This durability ensures the product will arrive in North Queensland in one piece and freight costs are reduced due to the weight.

With the project complete and now occupied by a Chiropractor, Psychologist and a busy café, the builder has moved onto the next project and has already placed an order for the DD4 DriveDrain for that project.
